    As part of United Arab Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah and Hayat island are in development, neighbouring plots may experience activities that could, on occasion, lead to disturbances. The hotel has taken measures to maintain the comfort of their guests and ensure their stays remain enjoyable. The resort premises do not have planned construction or works that may cause grave disturbances.

    Starting 6 October, activities to remove the causeway/breakwater adjacent to the resort, near the left side of the beach, are scheduled to take place, with an estimated completion date of 01 Mar 2025.

    Important Update: Please note that Ras Al Khaimah is currently experiencing rapid development and thus there is ongoing construction close to some of the hotels we sell, though this is mainly concentrated in the Al Marjan Island area.
